Public Workshop Ticket Program

1. Ticket price is applicable until December 2012 only.
2. Tickets are sold in various blocks.
   1. 5 tickets priced at $6,250 (plus HST) ($1250 per participant)
   2. 10 tickets priced at $11,000 (plus HST) ($1100 per participant)
   3. 20 tickets priced at $19,000 (plus HST) ($950 per participant)
   4. 50 tickets priced at $37,500 (plus HST) ($750 per participant)
3. MDC's Public Workshop Manager will number registration forms (tickets) at time of invoicing and forward to Client Contact.
4. Tickets apply to any McLuhan & Davies one-day or two-day public workshop. (i.e. one ticket per workshop seat)
5. Generally, there is one Client Contact who deals directly with MDC's Public Workshop Manager.
6. Conditions of the ticket purchase are as follows:
   1. Tickets are pre-paid, and used before December 31st, 2012.
   2. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to another date. This means that once a participant registers for a date, the participant ticket/seat is guaranteed; the date cannot be changed. However, substitutions are welcome at any time before the workshop.
   3. MDC's Public Workshop Manager will direct any client registrations unaware of the Ticket Program to get in touch with the Client Contact for details.
   4. Participants interested in attending a public workshop must first submit their request to the contact responsible for their ticket package. The contact will then notify MDC's Public Workshop Manager and provide the participant's contact information as well as the ticket number. Participants will receive a confirmation e-mail with the workshop details directly from MDC's Public Workshop Manager.
   5. Tickets are not retroactive. (i.e. any registrations already received prior to the Ticket Program purchase will not be re-issued)
